    This is a great list. #8 appeals to me because I think, sometimes seeing every little detail on your calendar or to-list can be overwhelming. And #15 is important, because even if a day, or a week goes by and you’ve spun your wheels, if you can’t wipe clean the slate and start fresh, you just get further and further behind. So forgive and move on. Some of the most successful exercise apps (like Fitbit) do that– they restart every week. So even if you are a slug one week, it’s okay, the next week, just do better.

    Good post. Some of these items (like #10) may be tough, but it is worth working to improve I think! Thanks for the post.
